Global Giving Challenge
Please take a moment to check out our new project with GlobalGiving, which will help educate Canadian youth and encourage the professional development of some of our young leaders from Peru.

Mosqoy needs to raise $4000 within 28 days to win the Global Giving Challenge, which will give us a permanent spot on Global Giving (for fundraising, competitions, etc.). It is a HUGE opportunity, and we don't want to miss out.

Celebrating Mosqoy 1's Graduation!
Mosqoy, together with the people of Ollantaytambo, is thrilled to be celebrating the successful graduation of Mosqoy's first generation of students with a big celebration and feast this Saturday, June 12, in Peru! All of us at Mosqoy are thrilled about the success of the first group of students. They continue to impress us with their hard work, determination, and leadership.

This ceremony will be a celebration involving all of the Mosqoy students, their parents, our director and co-founder Ashli Akins, our assistant director Jasmine Nielsen, and other Mosqoy volunteers, friends, and supporters. The parents of all of the Mosqoy students will be collaborating to make delicious food for the celebration, and the students of Mosqoy 3 (starting their studies this fall, pending sponsorships) will be making all of the decorations.

Thank you to all the supporters for making this graduation possible! We are overjoyed by the constant show of enthusiasm for our project.

Photos and details of the ceremony will be soon be posted on our Facebook page.
